POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.

PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. A deposit fee of $25 is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and gift certificate holders. Full payments are due at the time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. In order to get the most out of your treatments from us, please be on time!

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; a 3-day notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more appointments. ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL NOT RECEIVE $25 DEPOSIT FEE BACK. ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED $25 OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. THE POLICY APPLIES TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS ALIKE.
